The proven concept, to enhance the performance/dust emission reduction with the “New control system with ESP Optimization” (Elevated Frequency Power Supply) is available with us to attend to existing ESPs very economically to meet the present stator norms, better guarantee power & without any plant stoppage. Alternatively, you are left with field addition in series or parallel or converting to bag house, as the case may be, with high capital cost, high plant outage for installation, higher operating cost & higher cost of spares, as applicable.
Features:
A three phase (3-Phase) AC main power source is fed into a rectifier and filter combination to create a smooth DC power source. This DC source is then fed into an integrated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) full wave bridge circuit where it is converted into a high frequency AC waveform.
The SMPS switch module is assembled on a steel panel that occupies roughly the same space as an existing SCR module. Mounted on a common heat sink are the rectifiers, the filter assembly, IGBT Modules, and IGBT Gate drivers. where average & peak kV are nearly the same, facilitates operating the ESP field at higher power levels, overcoming the spark/ARC condition, through fast response / recovery, to hold on to the field power levels, which remains steady, to maintain a constant lower emission level. It is needless to mention that, to achieve the objective, associated process & ESP optimization works in synergy with the new control system thereby facilitate in reduction of dust emission.
